Halfway to Hotness

Ah yes. It’s been a while, hasn’t it? So, being that we’re halfway through the month and thus halfway until the day I get to see DG in concert again, I figured it was time to throw up another picture and squee like a silly fangirl. Indeed. So there we go. I like this picture because it doesn’t appear too staged, even though it’s a few years old. And actually, I was hoping to throw up some footage from the 45th Golden Camera awards, but I seem to have misplaced the link. He’s sporting some sort of Asian-fusion meets Legolas hair thing that I’m not entirely sure I like, but it’s still fun to watch. PG BlogFest Smut Scene!

Okay, I’d actually forgotten to do this (even though I put it on my calendar and everything), so I whipped this up at lunchtime. It’s probably a little rough around the edges, but I think it will do. The original idea was inspired by Simon Larter, with the understanding that the scene has to meet the following requirements: 1)A short love scene between two characters (yes, two, ‘cause if it’s a threesome or better, it sure as hell ain’t PG!) 2)The reader needs to understand that the act of love is occurring, but the language must remain MG/PG. 3) You may not fade to black because that would be cheating!I figured I’d give this a shot – though I’m not particualrly good at the PG stuff. Quick Plug

Hello Kitty Win?

My Hello Kitty USB hub came in yesterday. It lights up (and changes color). It’s a card reader. It has three usb ports in the back. I paid way too much for it, but I was in a **rough patch and the new computer doesn’t have a card reader, and limited front facing USB ports, so I figured, why not? I’m a sucker for things that light up anyway. ** Rough patch being that I got my MRI results back last week and yes, I’ve got scar tissue all around the surgical site. And the disc above the one that was operated on is now bulging out on the *right* side. And I have arthritis too. I was told that they only see this sort of damage in the spine of people who are much older. (Although, what’s funny is that they then hurried to tell me that this sort… Read more
