Sometimes it’s really awesome having artist friends – especially when you’re having a crappy day and they send you cute sketches of your DA2 character making out with smexy Fenris. (TY, Aimo! mwah!) Yeah. Anyway – so the thing about trying to keep up the blog here ever day is that it feels sort of odd. I’d always tried to keep the more “quality” posts here and the more random ones over at Blogger, but here I am. I spent a fair amount of time going through some of those imported posts this weekend, particularly on Saturday -right now I’ve only got the last year’s worth actually set up. It’s a tad frustrating at times, because I realized I tended to get a lot more comments on the Blogger blog than here, but when I imported the posts here, I had to make a decision as to how I was…

Pulling the Trigger
In a manner of speaking. But yes, I’m going to go ahead and merge this site with my Blogger site and then solely blog from here. I’ll keep the Blogger site up for archiving purposes and because I’ve got a ton of things linked to it and feeds and all the rest of it (though I’m going to try to retire it as gracefully as I can.) Just bear with me while I mess with it over the next while or so. But basically, it’s just getting too difficult to run both sites, and my official site tends to miss out on a lot of things simply because I’m not maintaining…

Word Whore Thursday: Getting Hit On
I’m over at Word Whores today, talking about getting hit on. Sort of odd, really, because I think most of my stories pretty much cross the line into outright harassment, but it makes for an interesting discussion, anyway. Since most of the experiences on the blog are from the female-getting-hit-on perspective, I’d actually be interested to hear more about it from the other side. *Do* women hit on men just as much? Or are they just not as blatant about it? (Or did I just visit the wrong clubs in my youth?) Actually, I sorta take that back. I do seem to remember at Romantic Times a few years ago, a couple of the cover models got groped pretty badly at times. (And maybe they did all the time and I just wasn’t paying attention.) But I do remember one incident where an older woman kept trying to stick her…
