Now…what am I giving away?
A lovely bunch of swag, including signed cover flats, trading cards, bookmarks, a limited edition Brush of Darkness Christmas card…and a stuffed hedgehog.
Why a hedgehog? Because I own one…and as you can see, she is the source of all my writing muse, from her prickly outside to her squishy inside to her little chocolate chip nose. Like my brain, she tends to run all night even when I’d prefer her to sleep.
All you need to do to enter is leave a comment telling me what you’d do with a hedgehog if you had one…by way of Haiku.
I put Tumbleweed in a sled. As you can see, she wasn’t too pleased.

A hedgehog puffs up
Into a sad little ball
No Christmas cheer here.
Anyway – the contest opens up on the 16th - and that’s when I’ll open up the comments for your lovely haiku entries. Winner will be picked at random (quite possibly by hedgehog). My contest is open for international entries (although the grand prize is not, as the Nook will not work outside of the US.)

…not really good isn’it? But hey i love cuddling with my plush and stuffed animal and i don’t have any hedgehog yet so it would be a great gift to win it around christmas and if i had one living one i would love it as much but i’m realistic and he would be more happy in the nature ( i life in a city without any garden). I saved one some years ago and i cuddled it too…^^;;

Awe, I love your hedgehog. Lets see what would I do if I had a hedgehog. Well, they are so cute. First I would read up on them to find out what they eat and how to take care of them. I love animals and use to have a whole farm of different types. Now that the kids are grown and out of the house we let our farm die down and we just have cats and dogs. Anyway, it is so small I probably would fix a place for it in the house and would probably spend lots of time with it and hold it a lot. so cute.
I wouldnt let my hubby put a diaper on it – we did that with some of our baby lambs that we had to bottle feed – LOL I actually have a photo where a lamb is laying on his chest taking a nap with hubby – LOL so I could just see him taking a nap with a hedgehog. hee hee. Lets see, it wouldnt sleep with us either – our baby lambs followed us everwhere and when it came time to go to bed they would jump up real high like they wanted on the bed, I told hubby I never thought I would count sheep before I went to bed – LOL So the hedgehog wouldnt sleep with us but i would make sure it had its own nice little bed. LOL

Oh wow, what a cute hedgehog!! I didn’t know you could have pet hedgehogs. We get a lot of wild ones snuffling about, but I’m not sure I’d ever want to let one of those into my house! The cuddly toy in your bundle is so cute! hehe.

I’m not sure what I’d do with a Hedgehog… They look cute but I feel like I work all the time and not sure I’d have time for one, definitely have to get two so their not lonely while I’m away.
What a cute hedgehog! I fostered a raccoon for a year after her mother was killed, until a permanent safe home could be found. Such a joy of having a unique pet. Thank you for the giveaway. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.
