Apparently I’ve been in a closet the last few months (editing, ha), but it has come to my attention that The Last Unicorn is being released in graphic novel form!
Seeing as it’s one of the most brilliant books ever written, I’m super excited. They are coming out as a set of 6 comics, which you can order from IDW.
Or, if you’re an obsessive fan of the book, you can subscribe to the series from Conlan Press (and get them signed by Peter S. Beagle too!)
I will go back to my forest too, but I do not know if I will live contentedly there, or anywhere. I have been mortal, and some part of me is mortal yet. I am full of tears and hunger and the fear of death, though I cannot weep, and I want nothing, and I cannot die. I am not like the others now, for no unicorn was ever born who could regret, but I do. I regret.
