Meh

Of course the problem with ranting on blog posts is that I so rarely have anything to follow it up with the next day. Not that yesterday was all that much of a rant, really. Grumpy observation, maybe?

Tack that on to medical insurance issues (yeah, I’m loving that letter from the new insurance company telling me I must have Fibromyalgia and what they can do to help me. Um, hello? That’s one thing I *don’t* have, wonder of wonders.) I’m dying to find out how they managed to “diagnose” me from afar without any sort of proof. On the other hand, they’ve stopped paying for my chiropractic treatments. Because I should be fixed by now. If I’m not, I obviously have some sort of chronic issue and I’m not doing enough to take care of it.

*headbash*

Keep in mind I’m getting another round of Platelet Rich Plasma/Prolotherapy tomorrow. Which involves at least 30 injections to my spine. And I pay about $1000 out of pocket for.  But obviously, I’m not doing anything to try to fix myself , so hey, why not make me pay for the chiro out of my pocket too?

Irritating, to say the least.

I'm sorry to hear about the insurance stuff. I will be praying for you during your shots. Bless your heart, you and the family have already been through so much. Best wishes.

So sorry to hear about your continued insurance woes on top of all of the treatments you've had to have and pay for out of your pocket. That truly sucks. Any chance you can report the insurance company? Start giving them some headaches and pains?

Eh – the problem is that my issues are chronic. Insurance doesn't like to pay for chronic issues, because they take a really long time to fix, if ever. The irritating thing is I could probably get all the god damn drugs I wanted, but I'm being punished for trying to get better without doing meds or going on disability or whatever. >_<

    *hugs*

    Thanks! I'll get there.
